• $100.00 Bonus for Contract Jobs - You can get a $$100.00 bonus for each new resource you referred to JTS once he/she completes ____ billable hours with us / our clients. For making yourself eligible for such bonus, both the referred employee and client have to acknowledge the same as part of contract / interview.

• $150.00 Bonus for Direct Placements - You can get $150.00 bonus for each new resource you referred to JTS once he/she is recruited directly with any of our clients within 6 months of their interview with us. For making yourself eligible for such bonus, both the referred employee and client have to acknowledge as part of contract / interview. Bonus amount will be paid only after successful completion of referral employee guarantee period which is 30 days from the joining date.
